Eventualities

I would like to dedicate this short story to Liza.

It’s a sunny afternoon. You and I are sat on a big huge white cloud looking down…we observe the earth as if it were a movie. I ask you to pick someone, anyone; somebody we can help today. You choose Elaine.

Elaine is a short, slim, brown haired young lady with provocative green eyes, small nose, rosy fleshy lips, beautiful teeth, a smile that brings light into the world and the wit of a fox. She’s married to Christian; a tall, slender, brown haired young man with piercing brown eyes, perfect Romanus nose, sexy lips, gorgeous teeth, a smile that brings all women to his feet and the intellectuality of a genius.
They are an extremely happy couple, living in their new home (in the country). Elaine loves reading under the huge tree that sits in the middle of the estate, from where she contemplates everything and everyone while spreading its huge branches and leafs as if praising the Lord for such a delightful existence.

One day, we see her under the tree reading “The Picture of Dorian Gray” and realise that a man is approaching her…we frown [our cloud starts turning grey…the energies are not good].
«Good afternoon, miss!» bids a tall, plump, blond young man with creepy blue eyes, long nose, thin lips, normal teeth and a smile that gives anyone the chills. «Good afternoon, and it is Mrs!» replies Elaine; «Oh yes, that is correct…Mrs. Goldfinger!» «May I ask how you became knowledgeable of my name?» questions a frowning Elaine while closing her book and preparing to rise [she looks around her in case she needs to run] «Your former neighbour told me…you see, I just bought the estate next door…we’re neighbours now!» Mrs Goldfinger tries to convey a smile but with no success; then she feels a touch on her shoulder that startles her…she turns around «Christian! It’s you!» her husband smiles broadly at her «What’s the matter, my love? Of course it’s me!» they smooch and Elaine holds his hand «Christian, this is our new neighbour…Mr…pardon me, I didn’t quite catch your name…» «That would be because I was rude enough not to introduce myself…I’m Ernest Klein; how do you do?» Christian shakes hands with his neighbour and as he does he feels bad vibes «Nice meeting you [smiling], Mr. Klein. Elaine, darling; we must get going…we are awfully late!» «Oh yes, you’re right! Mr. Klein, it was nice meeting you and thank you for having dropped by!» «Pray [tilting his head]…It was my deepest pleasure!» Ernest replies in a low, grave tone of voice…
[At home, while changing to go out, Chris and Elaine converse] «What a bloody creepy man! Don’t like him…I can sense troubles!» comments Elaine «I don’t like him either, but come on, what kind of troubles could he possibly bring?» they gaze at each other in silence…after a few seconds «Am I a witch? [Slipping into her trousers] I don’t know what sort of troubles…» «No, you are not a witch [bringing her close to him]…you’re my love, my dearest love [Passionate kiss]!»…
From afar Mr. Klein observes them through his binoculars while chuckling «Ah, Mrs. Goldfinger…enjoy your co-copulatory being while you can…and then…be prepared to be mine!!»

You and I look at each other. What should be done? I offer you two options, you select one and then the events may proceed…

A) We get rid of Klein with no further explanations, sparing the couple of troubles.
B) Before disposing of Klein we wish to know why he’s so obsessed by Elaine; and then we’ll think of a way to help the young couple.

[The most selected option will be the one generating the end to this story].

Next Episode: Plot and Betrayal

Comments

  1. MXA:

I say go with option "B". We need more insight as to why he is so obsessed with Elaine. And, did I detect that Elaine is just a little bit interested in Mr.Klein? That would be interesting. The story has a lot of possibilities. The end could be straight forward, or give us a surprise twist. I love surprises.

    Have a nice day.

  2. SWb,

    Hello! How are you :D?

"I say go with option "B"." - all right...first vote for option B! Ping!

"We need more insight as to why he is so obsessed with Elaine." - lol true, we do need more insight!

"And, did I detect that Elaine is just a little bit interested in Mr.Klein? That would be interesting." - :O...you reckon? Let's see how it goes...

"The story has a lot of possibilities. The end could be straight forward, or give us a surprise twist. I love surprises." - I love surprises too! Let's see how it will go :D!

SWb, thanks for being such a great co-angel; and let's hope that we are able to help Elaine and Christian!

    Cheers

  3. It's option "B" for me. I'd like to know too why he's so obsessed with Elaine... could he be an old school mate hardly noticed by anyone? hehe and of course I'd like to know how we can help the couple. :)

I'm glad you had a great weekend Max, I had a rather tough one, but I'm alright ;) thank you so much for dedicating this to me, you're really so sweet. *hugs*

    Looking forward to the continuation.

    Take care!

  4. Hello Max,
    Happy Maxday!

Sounds like the premise of Wings Of Desire. Did you see that film?

Ah Max, I must say that The Picture Of Dorian Gray is one of my favorites. I even had sections highlighted. I love what happens to the picture. I wrote a post on it two years ago. Classic piece of literature. Oscar Wilde at his best. Now I have to get back to the story.

"«Good afternoon, miss!» bids a tall, plump, blond young man with creepy blue eyes...."

Isn't this what Malcolm X would call a "Blue eyed devil?"

"Christian shakes hands with his neighbour and as he does he feels bad vibes."

That's our intuition warning us of possible emotional danger, but we usually ignore it and give the person the benefit of the doubt. Hindsight is 20/20.

    "«What a bloody creepy man! Don’t like him…I can sense troubles!»"

Second warning of possible trouble ahead, but we don't pay attention.

    "«Ah, Mrs. Goldfinger…enjoy your co-copulatory being while you can…and then…be prepared to be mine!!»"

I think this happens all the time, especially when people talk to their friends about intimate details between them and a spouse. I have observed that when people share intimate secrets about their BF/GF, I see the wheels turning in the other person's beady little eyes and the pictures that are created in their imagination are written all over their face.

I would be more likely to choose A, but that would be the end of the story. So I will have to go with B just because it lends itself to a greater scope for a conclusion.

You could also entertain the possibility of Elaine being an undercover spy which in itself would lead to another avenue. Perhaps she knew Klein in the past and he has come to 'collect.'

You could also have option C) Google Klein and see what he's been up to in the past.

    The possibilities are endless.

    Endless Cheers

Looks like it could be Javier Bardem.

  6. Hey Max!!! Great to see you! Hope all is well with you! :)

That Caravaggio!!!! What an enormous talent!

Let me see David fits with your words…..

    I checked out Liza’s site cool….

    You said:

    I respond:
I’m glad we aren’t angels even though I see it in the labels…sneaky girl….We are just voyeurs…LOL

I love sunny days, leave it to us to find a cloud to sit on when it’s a sunny day! At least since we are on top of the cloud it is sunny on us, hmmm that may be what you are saying, clever girl….

Now I’m in trouble!!!!!!! Why because….I chose Elaine!!!! And she looks like this:

    (You said:)
“Elaine is a short, slim, brown haired young lady with provocative green eyes, small nose, rosy fleshy lips, beautiful teeth, a smile that brings light into the world and the wit of a fox. She’s married to Christian; a tall, slender, brown haired young man with piercing brown eyes, perfect Romanus nose, sexy lips, gorgeous teeth, a smile that brings all women to his feet and the intellectuality of a genius.”

    I respond:
Are you trying to get me in trouble with Chocolate Girl? Suggesting that I would choose a girl with “provocative green eyes” and “rosy fleshy lips”…Thanks Max, you troublemaker! LOL LOL

I always love the way you describe your characters lips and teeth! Reminds me..I have a dentist appointment tomorrow…

    You said:
They are an extremely happy couple, living in their new home (in the country). Elaine loves reading under the huge tree that sits in the middle of the estate, from where it contemplates everything and everyone while spreading its huge branches and leafs as if praising the Lord for such a delightful existence.

    I respond:
Of course they are “an extremely happy couple” they both have great lips and teeth! You know it is well known in the dental community that North American dental care is better than in Europe? No really its true…

I love the description of the tree, very well done Max, nice fit for Creation on the Blade… :)

    You said:
One day, we see her under the tree reading “The Picture of Dorian Gray” and realise that a man is approaching her…we frown [our cloud starts turning grey…the energies are not good].

    I respond:
Oh great now you have us stalking the poor girl…”Elaine!! Up here! Watch out your being followed!!”

Hmmm “The Picture of Dorian Gray” read it and seen the play….Interesting, I wonder about Dorian’s lips and teeth….

Oh no not bad “energies”! You ca tell this is not good….I wonder what his teeth are like?

    You said:
«Good afternoon, miss!» bids a tall, plump, blond young man with creepy blue eyes, long nose, thin lips, normal teeth and a smile that gives anyone the chills. «Good afternoon, and it is Mrs!» replies Elaine; «Oh yes, that is correct…Mrs. Goldfinger!» «May I ask how you became knowledgeable of my name?» questions a frowning Elaine while closing her book and preparing to rise [she looks around her in case she needs to run] «Your former neighbour told me…you see, I just bought the estate next door…we’re neighbours now!»

    I respond:
Blue eyes are incapable of being creepy; it is always brown eyes that are creepy!! “Normal teeth” see this is trouble, creepy teeth…and a “chilling” smile!!!!

Mrs. Goldfinger!!!! I just watched scenes of Goldfinger yesterday!!! Sword…Living Sword…shaken…not stirred…Sean Connery was excellent not bad teeth for back then…

Elaine sure is suspicious of him, it HAS to be the teeth…

    You said:
!» Mrs Goldfinger tries to convey a smile but with no success; then she feels a touch on her shoulder that startles her…she turns around «Christian! I respond:
My she is jumpy! Even when touched by Goldfinger… LOL

“her husband smiles broadly at her” what a show off!!!! Like saying hey buddy you have normal teeth (peasant!) I have sexy lips and gorgeous teeth!

Ernest is an earnest kink of guy eh (very grave LOL nice word play Max)?

    You said:

Ernest isn’t just plain creepy he is “bloody creepy”!!!!! LOL

“Am I a witch?” Are they playing 20 questions? Ok is she bigger than a soccer ball? Is she green? Is she bigger than a buffalo? Is she a Frisbee? Is she the Nivea Girl? Is she made in China? Is she a sex shrine??? Is she toothpaste????? Is she something you use at work? I love 20 questions and Eye Spy!!!

Is her husband slipping into her trousers? Is she wearing them? Should we leave them alone while they are intimate?

Sure they have a passionate kiss with their ohhh sooo perfect teeth and lips…

“From afar Mr. Klein observes them” just like you said we are!!!!!! We are also voyeurs!!!! This is bad; we should turn ourselves in…you’re the one that got us on this cloud, people watching…you go first…

I wonder what he means by “prepared to be mine!!”….Is he some kind of agent?....Maybe a real-estate agent? Couldn’t mean something else could it….

    You said:
You and I look at each other. What should be done? I offer you two options, you select one and then the events may proceed…

    I respond:
I can’t believe the situations you keep getting us into!!!!!

Remember that time we were in the theater and you just HAD to yell fire…Honestly…LOL

    You said:
    A) We get rid of Klein with no further explanations, sparing the couple of troubles.
    B) Before disposing of Klein we wish to know why he’s so obsessed by Elaine; and then we’ll think of a way to help the young couple.

    I respond:
I love it!!! Excellent touch!!! Have you considered having a Survivor Poll?

Calvin Klien and his Obsessions eh? LOL LOL You are so insidiously witty!!! Who knows what I have missed!

I am interested how you would tie David into the two variances of the story and/or Dorian Gray, James Bond, or Calvin Klien….Is she the Nivea Girl? Who knows stay tuned same bat-time same bat-channel!

As every good story needs conflict and then resolution of said conflict it seems B is the best choice and will also provide a fun ride!

    Excellent romantic-thriller Max!!!!!!!

Would you be able to fit in somebody eating bat soup?

  8. Hey Liza,

"It's option "B" for me." - ok, one more vote for "B".

"I'd like to know too why he's so obsessed with Elaine... could he be an old school mate hardly noticed by anyone? hehe and of course I'd like to know how we can help the couple. :)" - lol lol I hear you! I am sure we will help them just fine...after all that is our mission :).

  9. Hello Alexys!

"Happy Maxday!" - thanks! Happy Maxday to you, dear :D!

"Sounds like the premise of Wings Of Desire. Did you see that film?" - I did a long time ago. I even think that "The city of angels" was inspired on this one, wasn't it? Or at least they are very similar.

"Ah Max, I must say that The Picture Of Dorian Gray is one of my favorites. I even had sections highlighted. I love what happens to the picture. I wrote a post on it two years ago. Classic piece of literature. Oscar Wilde at his best. Now I have to get back to the story." - I love this book too; and the movie is also great! Oh yes, the evolution of the picture as opposed to the non-evolution of Dorian (in terms of age and evil) is sublime. You did? On which blog? I adore Oscar Wilde's work, what a writer!

"Isn't this what Malcolm X would call a "Blue eyed devil?"" - LOL LOL most probably.

"That's our intuition warning us of possible emotional danger, but we usually ignore it and give the person the benefit of the doubt. Hindsight is 20/20." - Absolutely! That is what puzzles me the most: why do people ignore their inner-voice? We already had this conversation before, but I must say this again: we should never ever ignore the signs, nor the danger alarms. Listen to your inner voice (this is not exactly for you, dear; cause I know that you know this well) at all times.

"Second warning of possible trouble ahead, but we don't pay attention." - and the most incredible thing is: she knows it, she acknowledges troubles being on their way...yet she will ignore it (the question is for how long?)...

"I think this happens all the time, especially when people talk to their friends about intimate details between them and a spouse." - big mistake! I am always advising people not to share intimate details between them and their BF/GF/spouse...it's not good.

"I have observed that when people share intimate secrets about their BF/GF, I see the wheels turning in the other person's beady little eyes and the pictures that are created in their imagination are written all over their face." - I hear you! I have observed this sad fact too *nodding*. It is like it raises curiosity in beings and they will want to try it too...with your BF/GF/spouse....

"I would be more likely to choose A, but that would be the end of the story. So I will have to go with B just because it lends itself to a greater scope for a conclusion." - but A doesn't exactly mean that the story would end...however I understand that B might be more appealing lol. But anyway: another vote for B! lol

"You could also entertain the possibility of Elaine being an undercover spy which in itself would lead to another avenue. Perhaps she knew Klein in the past and he has come to 'collect.'" - LOL LOL *no comments* LOL...

"You could also have option C) Google Klein and see what he's been up to in the past." - are we talking about Calvin? I know about his past; nevertheless...his clothes were gorgeous!!!! Now he doesn't design them anymore, well...he doesn't even own the company anymore. Or are you referring to the actor?

"The possibilities are endless." - true. I took notes :D!

Alexys, thank you so much for your great input!! As always, talking to you is so refreshing :D! Ah, and thanks for voting!

    Refreshing Cheers

"I checked out Liza’s site cool…." - Liza is an absolute darling! Thanks for having checked her blog *bowing*.

"I’m glad we aren’t angels even though I see it in the labels…sneaky girl….We are just voyeurs…LOL" - LOL LOL come on, man...open your horizons and become an Angel with me LOL *nodding*.

At least since we are on top of the cloud it is sunny on us, hmmm that may be what you are saying, clever girl…" - LOL LOL today it was sunny here and there was a white cloud or two up in the sky...I was describing a beautiful Portuguese scenario lol.

"Now I’m in trouble!!!!!!! Why because….I chose Elaine!!!! And she looks like this:" - ROFL...

"Are you trying to get me in trouble with Chocolate Girl? Suggesting that I would choose a girl with “provocative green eyes” and “rosy fleshy lips”…Thanks Max, you troublemaker! LOL LOL" - LOL LOL why would you be in troubles with CG? You are a transformed follower of Jesus so I am sure that you are capable of looking at a poor soul in need of help without having fantasies about her...that is why you chose Elaine: because she needs help lol.
I did not come to divide but to unite lol.... :)

"I always love the way you describe your characters lips and teeth! Reminds me..I have a dentist appointment tomorrow…" - LOL LOL *nodding*...have a nice appointment at the dentist lol.

"Of course they are “an extremely happy couple” they both have great lips and teeth!" - ROFL...you kill me, LS *nodding*! I wonder why you're so focused on the lips and teeth lol...

"You know it is well known in the dental community that North American dental care is better than in Europe? No really its true…" - it is true, I know. And if you ever visit Portugal you will see that its dental community is below sad LOL LOL...

"I love the description of the tree, very well done Max, nice fit for Creation on the Blade… :)" - *bowing*...thank you!

"Oh great now you have us stalking the poor girl…”Elaine!! Up here! Watch out your being followed!!”" - LOL LOL we are angels, that's what we do lol... :)

"Hmmm “The Picture of Dorian Gray” read it and seen the play….Interesting, I wonder about Dorian’s lips and teeth…." - you don't remember? His lips and teeth were impeccable [Max noting that LS is really focused on lips and teeth]!

"Oh no not bad “energies”! You ca tell this is not good….I wonder what his teeth are like?" - LOL very good! You are starting to learn! I do love good pupils LOL LOL....

"Blue eyes are incapable of being creepy; it is always brown eyes that are creepy!!" - you reckon? Very interesting...very interesting indeed....

"“Normal teeth” see this is trouble, creepy teeth…and a “chilling” smile!!!!" - LOL indeed there is always something odd about normality, don't you think so? lol

"Mrs. Goldfinger!!!! I just watched scenes of Goldfinger yesterday!!! Sword…Living Sword…shaken…not stirred…Sean Connery was excellent not bad teeth for back then…" - I knew you would bring this up, that is why I used this name LOL LOL....

"Elaine sure is suspicious of him, it HAS to be the teeth…" - [5th time he mentions the teeth...hmmm lol] I agree that something isn't right...I wonder if it is the teeth LOL LOL...

"My she is jumpy! Even when touched by Goldfinger… LOL" - LOL LOL LOL this was a good one LOL LOL *hand on stomach*!

"“her husband smiles broadly at her” what a show off!!!! Like saying hey buddy you have normal teeth (peasant!) I have sexy lips and gorgeous teeth!" - LOL LOL LOL *hand on stomach*...LOL LOL perhaps that is it, who knows lol?

"Ernest is an earnest kink of guy eh (very grave LOL nice word play Max)?" - (thanks, I knew you get it lol) Ernest is quite something...I give you that *nodding*.

"Ernest isn’t just plain creepy he is “bloody creepy”!!!!! LOL" - LOL but of course...what kind of man sneaks up on a married lady like that? And now he wants her? What for? LOL LOL...

"“Am I a witch?” Are they playing 20 questions? Ok is she bigger than a soccer ball? Is she green? Is she bigger than a buffalo? Is she a Frisbee? Is she the Nivea Girl? Is she made in China? Is she a sex shrine??? Is she toothpaste????? Is she something you use at work? I love 20 questions and Eye Spy!!!" - LOL LOL ok, this section is just too hilarious LOL LOL "Is she a sex shrine?" LOL you are obsessed, man LOL *nodding*.

"Is her husband slipping into her trousers? Is she wearing them? Should we leave them alone while they are intimate?" - I leave it to your imagination, my friend...yes, we should leave them be lol.

"Sure they have a passionate kiss with their ohhh sooo perfect teeth and lips…" - again the teeth and lips (7th reference)...ok, is there something you would like to share with the group? LOL...

"“From afar Mr. Klein observes them” just like you said we are!!!!!! We are also voyeurs!!!! This is bad; we should turn ourselves in…you’re the one that got us on this cloud, people watching…you go first…" - ROFL!....

"I wonder what he means by “prepared to be mine!!”….Is he some kind of agent?....Maybe a real-estate agent? Couldn’t mean something else could it…." - am I a witch? LOL LOL....

"Remember that time we were in the theater and you just HAD to yell fire…Honestly…LOL" - LOL LOL ah, you are killing me today!! LOL....

"I love it!!! Excellent touch!!! Have you considered having a Survivor Poll?" - I leave the Survivor poll to you, dear :)!

"Calvin Klien and his Obsessions eh? LOL LOL You are so insidiously witty!!! Who knows what I have missed!" - delicious perfume, by the way! Amazing designer, while we're at it! Why, thank you, Mr. Livingsword *bowing*! Well....

"I am interested how you would tie David into the two variances of the story and/or Dorian Gray, James Bond, or Calvin Klien….Is she the Nivea Girl? Who knows stay tuned same bat-time same bat-channel!" - David symbolises the fight; and I believe this couple is in for quite a fight (they are David) against their dear neighbour (Goliath) lol. LOL loved the final part lol!

"As every good story needs conflict and then resolution of said conflict it seems B is the best choice and will also provide a fun ride!" - another vote for "B"! Ping!

  14. Max,

"I even think that "The city of angels" was inspired on this one, wasn't it?"

Nicholas Cage makes me cringe. His cadence and stiff acting is atrocious.

"I love this book too; and the movie is also great! Oh yes, the evolution of the picture as opposed to the non-evolution of Dorian (in terms of age and evil) is sublime. You did? On which blog? I adore Oscar Wilde's work, what a writer!"

He was a fabulous writer. Such profundity and wit. Thoroughly invigorating.

Here is the link from my old post.

    http://godsleuth.blogspot.com/2006/05/dorian-gray.html

"That is what puzzles me the most: why do people ignore their inner-voice?"

I think that perhaps they don't know what their inner voice sounds like. They may think its an airplane passing overhead. Ha ha.

"She knows it, she acknowledges troubles being on their way...yet she will ignore it (the question is for how long?)..."

Perhaps she is addicted to danger - excitement - intrigue - the palpitations - the desire - the chase.

"I am always advising people not to share intimate details between them and their BF/GF/spouse...it's not good."

I bet that they don't listen do they? Not that your advice isn't golden, but people don't want to hear it.

"I have observed this sad fact too *nodding*. It is like it raises curiosity in beings and they will want to try it too...with your BF/GF/spouse...."

You know it. Your wisdom is inspiring.

"A doesn't exactly mean that the story would end...however I understand that B might be more appealing lol. But anyway: another vote for B!"

I know option A has scope too. I know both options can be intertwined too.

Hmmm. That fact that you have no comment means that I am on to something. Come on Max admit it. I'm right aren't I? You know I could blow your cover. I think the clue was in her name (Goldfinger) One of my favorite Bond films. I think she is a descendant of Goldfinger himself, which is not to say Goldmember; another film altogether.

No, we are talking Anne Klein. LOL.

Besides, we don't know if Klein is his real name??????????

    Klein Cheers

Btw, I saw There Will Be Blood With Daniel Day Lewis. There is no dialogue in the first 15 minutes and some of the most stunning cinematography I've seen in a while. Did you see it?

  16. Hey D!

LOL LOL LOL you are amazing, girl LOL: ok, another vote for B. Ping!

    "Poor Elaine :)" - LOL let's see...lol ;)

  17. Alexys,

"Nicholas Cage makes me cringe. His cadence and stiff acting is atrocious." - lol there are roles that he plays nicely, but I agree with you...he's a bit stiff. However that stiffness concedes him a fair bit of dramatic aura that suits some roles.

"He was a fabulous writer. Such profundity and wit. Thoroughly invigorating." - Absolutely! He was a genius that saw the world with the right eyes...just love him.

"Here is the link from my old post." - thanks, darling...I will read it! :D

"I think that perhaps they don't know what their inner voice sounds like. They may think its an airplane passing overhead. Ha ha." - LOL LOL you know? Perhaps is exactly that...*nodding*.

"Perhaps she is addicted to danger - excitement - intrigue - the palpitations - the desire - the chase." - lol aren't we all? Danger, excitement, intrigue, palpitations, desire, chase are crucial ingredients to people who like to live and write about it. The more I live the more I love life and its ingredients, even the more spicy ones ;)...lol

"I bet that they don't listen do they? Not that your advice isn't golden, but people don't want to hear it." - no, they don't. I hear you, ma belle; I hear you! *nodding*.

"You know it. Your wisdom is inspiring." - *bowing*...thank you; I learned it from the great book called Life.

"I know option A has scope too. I know both options can be intertwined too." - Touché!!! :D

"Hmmm. That fact that you have no comment means that I am on to something. Come on Max admit it. I'm right aren't I? You know I could blow your cover. I think the clue was in her name (Goldfinger) One of my favorite Bond films. I think she is a descendant of Goldfinger himself, which is not to say Goldmember; another film altogether." - LOL LOL LOL shiuuuu lol! No, you wouldn't blow my cover, you love me lol :). The real Goldfinger is the husband, Christian (she adopted his name after marrying him). I also liked that movie, very good!

"No, we are talking Anne Klein. LOL." - LOL...you're kidding, tell me you're kidding lol. Ok, I love their bathing suits though (gorgeous).

"Besides, we don't know if Klein is his real name??????????" - LOL LOL I don't know, I have to run a full investigation on the guy lol....

    Ernest Cheers

  18. Alexys,

"I haven't seen Javier Bardem act yet. I am waiting to see No Country For Old Men. Did you see it yet?" - you haven't seen his acting yet? Girl, he is a great actor!!! He comes from a long lineage of Spanish actors and let me tell you he does not disappoint! He can play any role, any. No, I haven't seen any of the movie that went for the Oscars yet.

"Btw, I saw There Will Be Blood With Daniel Day Lewis. There is no dialogue in the first 15 minutes and some of the most stunning cinematography I've seen in a while. Did you see it?" - Daniel Day Lewis is another acting gem! What an actor!! No, I haven't (as I explained above) but I will...I don't even think it has arrived in theatres here yet...

    Welcome to the MAX!

First, I will have to check the tag and then I will let you know if I'll play or not; all right :)?

  24. I'm with Swu and Bob. B it is.

The eventuality in my opinion is that Max will soon be publishing short stories.

Keep up the good work Max.

  25. Max,
Nicolas Cage used to live in the same building as a former friend of mine. According to my friend he was an arrogant @#&$(%*!

Cut to years later when another friend of mine saw him at a fundraiser and he said the same thing of him. All I can say is that the last five Cage films I have seen were terrible because of him. I totally respect your opinion though. You have a right to like who you like and there's nothing wrong with that. I will say that I loved Raising Arizona.

I like Christian Bale. I especially love his skin care regime in American Psycho. He was adorable as a little boy in Empire Of The Sun.

"He [Oscar Wilde] was a genius that saw the world with the right eyes...just love him."

Agreed. His attention to detail is amazing and really draws you into the character.

"The more I live the more I love life and its ingredients, even the more spicy ones ;)"

    Also agreed.

"No, you wouldn't blow my cover, you love me lol :)."

This is true. I would never compromise your integrity or my love for you. :D

"No, we are talking Anne Klein. LOL." - LOL...you're kidding, tell me you're kidding lol. Ok, I love their bathing suits though (gorgeous)."

Okay, I was pulling your leg.

"Besides, we don't know if Klein is his real name??????????" - LOL LOL I don't know, I have to run a full investigation on the guy lol...."

    Google him!

    Googling Cheers

  26. Hi! I'm intrigued by your nose descriptions. As Mr. Klein is sticking his long nose in others people's business, I'd like to see him get the chop. But I have a feeling this could turn into a love triangle, with one of the males (never judge a book by its cover) having an unexpected win. So to make a short story long, I'll go for (B).

    Take Care,
    Peter

Ok, another vote for B! Ping!

Thanks, my friend! And thanks for voting :D!

  29. Alexys,

"Nicolas Cage used to live in the same building as a former friend of mine. According to my friend he was an arrogant @#&$(%*!" - LOL LOL I see what your friend means LOL...

"Cut to years later when another friend of mine saw him at a fundraiser and he said the same thing of him. All I can say is that the last five Cage films I have seen were terrible because of him. I totally respect your opinion though. You have a right to like who you like and there's nothing wrong with that. I will say that I loved Raising Arizona." - perhaps it is a defense mechanism...it's either that or he is indeed arrogant lol. He is not the best actor in the world, that's a fact...but there are worse. "Raising Arizona" was a good movie, but then again Holy hunter is an excellent actress!

"I like Christian Bale. I especially love his skin care regime in American Psycho. He was adorable as a little boy in Empire Of The Sun." - oh yes....oh yes....and I say no more...lol

"This is true. I would never compromise your integrity or my love for you. :D" - guess who has just made my day? :D

"Okay, I was pulling your leg." - LOL aaah, that is why I was feeling my leg being pulled..it was you lol.

"Google him!" - LOL it would be funny if there were in fact an Ernest Klein...let me try....OMG, he did exist and he was a rabbi! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_Klein
And there is a chess player too! Hmmm, you are right...his name must be definitely faux! LOL

    Bale Cheers

  30. Hi Peter!

"I'm intrigued by your nose descriptions." - LOL LOL but why?

"As Mr. Klein is sticking his long nose in others people's business, I'd like to see him get the chop." - me too! I have an issue with busy noses lol.

"But I have a feeling this could turn into a love triangle, with one of the males (never judge a book by its cover) having an unexpected win. So to make a short story long, I'll go for (B)." - LOL LOL ok, another vote for B. Ping!

  31. Max,

"Holy hunter is an excellent actress!"

I love The Piano, but I thought the young Anna Paquin trumped Hunter, although Hunter is good, little Anna was exceptional. Yes I have high standards. LOL.

"I like Christian Bale. I especially love his skin care regime in American Psycho. He was adorable as a little boy in Empire Of The Sun." - oh yes....oh yes....and I say no more...lol"

Shhhh. Our secret crush on him is safe.

OMG Max, I can't believe you found Ernest Klein - after all these years. He plays chess, therefore he must be a strategist and of course a spy. I have solved the puzzle. He wants to recapture Elaine and whisk her off to Austria.

    Bale Yes Cheers

"I love The Piano, but I thought the young Anna Paquin trumped Hunter, although Hunter is good, little Anna was exceptional. Yes I have high standards. LOL." - LOL I can see that you do lol. I love the Piano too, magnificent story (it goes to show that when we are in a jungle anything can happen. Customs, moral and other stuff that society imposes on people may vanish).

"Shhhh. Our secret crush on him is safe." - LOL LOL yes, shhhhh.....

"OMG Max, I can't believe you found Ernest Klein - after all these years. He plays chess, therefore he must be a strategist and of course a spy. I have solved the puzzle. LOL But now we have to wait until Tuesday to see what this faux Klein is all about...hmmm...

    Solving the puzzle Cheers

  35. Hi Max! I am outnumbered here, but I choose A! There is enough trouble in day to day life with little time to sit under a tree and read, in my opinion.....you send this villain packing!
    "see" you soon!

I agree with you, but I think you will be surprised by the villain's fate (I know I was lol)! The only thing is: we didn't participate much :(! If A would've prevailed we would have had more angelic action lol.

Thanks for your vote; and for your comment: you were missed :D!

    See you soon!
