Interregnum....

Dear friends and readers,
I will be away for a couple of weeks; hence I will not be able to reply to your comments. Nevertheless, the doors to this blog will be open to you so, please, make yourself at home while I'm gone.
I'll see you when I get back!

My dad

Tuesday, 20 November 2007

Trinity asked me to participate in her Dad project, where I just have to post an article about my own dad.
I decided to share 10 things about my dad:

  1. My dad is a God fearing man.
  2. He is Portuguese.
  3. He taught me how to change a car tire, oil, break pads, and wash a car properly; so that I wouldn’t depend on any man to do that for me.
  4. He taught me to use my intuition, to listen to the voice of my heart; and see beyond the apparent reality.
  5. Although I detest football (soccer for some) he likes to chat with me about it.
  6. His football team is Sporting Clube de Portugal (Cristiano Ronaldo’s former club).
  7. My daddy always tells me that I must not allow emotions to blur my mind; and that I must be focused all the time.
  8. He is a really good man and I respect him immensely.
  9. He used to be a car racer in Africa (that’s how he met my mom: in a race)
  10. My baby dad is absolutely in love with me, he just adores me.

Dad, for all the things that you taught me I say: thank you! It means a lot to me, and I know that I am well prepared for life!

I love you!

Max...thank you very much... you have a great Dad, it's great to read about him. My project would be more interesting as there will be stories about dads all over the world.

Thanks again Max!
